Our oxygen scavenging or oxygen absorbing films offer greater protection than ever before. With faster scavenging, your products will retain their high quality longer by slowing microbial growth and oxidative deterioration of flavors, color and nutrients. These second generation Cryovac® OS Films remove oxygen 10 to 20 percent faster than before, achieving "parts per million" levels (less than one-tenth of one percent when starting at an initial O2 concentration of less than 2%), typically in three to eight days in MAP applications.
