Sealed Air’s standards of business ethics are detailed in the company Code of Conduct – which we describe as fully in effect…all the time…everywhere. Everything a Sealed Air employee does in his or her job is ultimately related to satisfying a customer need with this framework. Each employee receives a copy of the Code of Conduct when they begin employment and is expected to honor and uphold its standards. Sealed Air employee understand that doing what’s right, as well as being perceived to do right, are essential to how the company does business. Collectively, our employees define Sealed Air’s ethical standards, which include one set of rules that apply to every employee regardless of position or location. Operating with the highest business ethics requires vigilance. We encourage all of our employees to speak up for what is right and, through our “Integrity Hotline” provide an avenue and response mechanism for employees to express concerns about actions or circumstances that appear inconsistent with the Company Code of Conduct.
